A survey conducted by Economic Impact (commissioned by Tenemos), which gathered information from 300 global banking executives across the commercial, retail and private banking sectors, found that the most valuable use case for AI among banks over the next 1-3 years will be improving user experience through greater customer personalisation capabilities.
